Pearse’s first association with Derry started back in 1991 when he studied his Bsc Hons Housing degree at Magee University.
After graduating and working away from the city for a number of years Pearse returned to set up Cullen Property Services in 1997.
Pearse has built Cullen Property Services up to become one of the largest Letting agencies in Derry City.
He has an extensive knowledge of both the local social and private housing markets.
Having an in-depth knowledge of the local property market enables him to give honest, confident and fair valuations and advice.
Emma has been with Cullen Property Services for nearly 15 years and has been a constant presence for many of our tenants and landlords over the years.
With this experience comes the knowledge and understanding of how to deal with the ups, downs and fluctuations of the property market.
Emma is originally from the Waterside in Derry. Emma likes to offer a personal, friendly and professional service.
Simon a native of Newtownbutler, Co Fermanagh started his career in Cullen Property Services 4 years ago and has perfected his roll providing excellent front of house service to Cullen Property Services customers.
Simon is a caring and supportive member of the team and has a positive energy which doesn’t go unnoticed by our tenants and landlords.
