Our Let Only service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of prospective tenants.
This proving satisfactory, we then go ahead and prepare the tenancy agreement, and if required an inventory.
Once all contracts are signed, the deposit and first month’s rent are collected and credited to the Landlord bank account, less our agreed fee.
The managing of all tenancy matters and collection of rent will then be the responsibility of the Landlord.

It will then be our responsibility to deal with all tenancy matters including collection of monthly rents, dealing with any queries or repairs and carrying out property inspections.
The rent collected will be paid into the landlords account on an agreed day each month.
